To feel as good as possible when you are on Full Speed, it is important to drink plenty of water. Fluid needs vary from person to person and from day to day, depending on activity level. A general rule for an adult person is to drink about 2 liters of water/day, evenly distributed throughout the day.

In some cases or situations, you may need to drink more. For example, physical exercise increases fluid and salt losses further. To balance these losses, mineral water is recommended, which, apart from water, contains salt. One alternative is to use some table salt or lightly salted water if mineral water is unavailable to replace lost fluid balance.
